R they still possible im add 12 Architect and i am using uber resources I eat Bespin Port and go to a researchh city to craft but i still only seem to hit 98% Experiment and ber 13....Its driving me insane does any1 out there know if it is possible to still hit these stats

No.

They were only possible on "temporary tuesday"when they changed experimentation for 1 day and then changed it back the next day. If you made a schematic then and still have the parts to use it you can still create a BER14 but you can no longer make new deeds or schematics.
