Hi, I'm not even sure if it's possible or anything, but I've heard you can do it. Can anyone here tell me how and how much extra pool points I need on the house before I can do it?
Thanks
Thanks

I forget the number off the top of my head but if you click on the destroy structure option, it will tell you.
The number will be (current maintenance) / (required maintenance)
If you have more than you need, both will be green.
If you have less, it will be red.
If it's green, click ok and proceed to the next step.
If its red, click no and add enough maintenance then try again.

Oh, and it's different for every structure.
I think it's based on a percentage of the maintenance cost or something.
Either way, it's probably listed in the FAQ somewhere.

And while we're on the subject, I really would like to see the option on the radial menu changed to "Re-Deed Structure"
I remember when I first started that I couldn't figure out how to move my harvester when the resources shifted. All I could do was tear it down and free up lots so I could put another one somewhere else because the only option on my menu was "destroy".
After I wasted 3 or 4 of them (back when it was REALLY hard to afford the MAXBER 2's), one unexpectedly returned to my inventory after I destroyed it.
That's when I learned that Destroy + Sufficient Maintenance = Re-Deed.
Now that they've added all the safety popups before you can destroy one, I think "Re-Deed" would be much more user-friendly terminology.

If I remember correctly, re-deed cost is 50 times the hourly maintenance.
A heavy harvestor has an hourly maintenance of 90, so the re-deed cost is 4500.
Please note, have Mechant: Efficiency IV (ie 20% structure discount) doesn't change the re-deed cost, it's still 50 times the base maintenance, and not the discounted maintenance.
