can anyone tell me what this is worth. thanks for your help.

the problem with giving a value for this item is thet the economics vary widely between the different servers. On one it may have a value of hundreds of thousands of credits, on another it may be in the tens of thousands. Assembly tapes are not as valuable as experimentation as they only have a limited effect, and this is lessened by the fact that architects cannot crit fail on structures at the first assembly.

The only surefire way of finding the value is to auction this on your servers trade forum, even then it will depend on whether there is any interest among architects, if you get only one bid then of course you get a low price, if you get a couple of guys who really want this then it could fly a bit. +7 is quite high, but as I say, that means nothing unless somebody actually wants it.

You didn't say what server you are on, so it is difficult for anybody to put a value on it, and only those familiar with your servers prices for these is going to be able to help you.

You could try to check on your trade forum to see if any have been sold recently and if there was high interest, other than that I don't think I can help further.
