I'm tryin to build a large house right now and there's a piece in the power core unit thatsays Energy Distributer. I see it in the skill tree for master Artisan but I don't see it in my crafting tool or at a public crafting station either. Where is it located??

you have to be a master artisan to make it. and the power conditioner that is also needed. if you can't make them, buy them. support your fellow crafters!

its there use the special crafting tool for weapons and generic near a crafting station and it should show up in the generic section of the tool.
