O.k. I built a structure factory a day or 2 ago put a schematic in for 100 structural mods then put in the 20k ore and 5000 steel. It worked perfectly got my 100 items all crated up the next day. But after making 100 of them that usually give about 500 xp a piece I believe I had a total xp raise of 1000 crafting xp thats 10 xp per item is there a ratio that when using factories you only get a percentage of the xp I thought you were suppose to get the same amount otherwise whats the purpose of factories. Sure it saves you time but I'd rather take the time to do it myself and get the full amount of xp.

were you off line when your factory was working? did you take a shuttle while your factory was working? if you did any of those things you wouldn't recieve any exp for the items it made.

Yeah you got to be practically standing next to the thing if you want XP.
