Thread: What is the difference in houses?

I plan have to a house big enough to hold a couple crafting machines and 2-5 vendors. How big a house do I need?

A medium home should fit you fine, and it will only take 2 plots of precious land!

Small and Medium houses are pretty much the same. Except Medium houses having one extra room thrown in there. Small houses are ideal for Merchants. Just throw your crafting station and supplies in the back room and place all of your vendors in the front room. Easy as that.

Mediums are considerably larger with a large cathedral main room 1 room off the left a hall down to a roomy basement stairs to an inside balcony with a room and a hallway to an outside balcony. There is no comparason with a small and a medium. Its like comparing a grape to a grapefruit.

Well ok thats the comparison of naboo homes but other planets are going to be comparable in size.

What is the maintainence cost on the different homes? How much per week would I have to fork out to keep a home up? Does it take enery like a harvester?

The difference depends on the style.
Corellian mediums are a complete rip-off IMHO, they have a tiny extra room, totally worthless. Naboo mediums seem to be far better, though, with the cathedral roof.
Inspect before you buy.

Maybe if you are on Tatooine or Naboo.
Generic and Corellian houses only have one extra room.
