ok, i read this issue might be voted on soon..

well i only could think of one idea to apply decay to these.

let all structures and furnitures have a certain amount of condition, like a heavy harvester has 2k condition.

same with furnitures, let conditions vary..

and when lets say a harvester gets down to 500/2000 condition, and once it goes below that, start off with a 25% chance of it being destroyed when the deed is 'reclaimed'...and at 250/2k condition...a 50% chance of it being destroyed if the user tries to reclaim the deed... etc etc..but make it always 100% redeedable over 500 condition ... this is just one example i could think of how decay could be applied...

i personally dont think furnitures should decay however...it seems like too much of a hassle to me,...especially if you decorate your guildhall..etc with tons of furnitures it'll be a headache rebuying..etc..not even sure how furnitures should decay, perhaps into 'dull colors'..like droids..but still...i think decayingstructures is more then enough to keep an architect in business, such as harvesters... not sure how houses should decay though,...

and then architects will have a business to repair structures, maybe using some kind of kit made by master artisans?.. i dont know..

i think this idea also could apply to droids, let droid's conditions vary.. and lest say a protocal droid was at 2k condition, once it goes down to 500/2000 condition, if the user attempts to call the droid out, it has the chance of it malfunctioning and falling apart,..unless fixed up by a droid engineer..
