So, when are we going to be able to actually select the color of furniture? I've been waiting since I got Novice Architect right after launch... Have any devs ever acknowledged such a possiblility?

I'd also like to paint/wallpaper walls, change flooring, make paintings, etc but I think that they should have an Artist profession that could do paint jobs on vehicles/houses and help out on interior design.

So... colored furniture???

Being able to hue furniture would rock! I would also like lights that light up, the ability to hue interior and exterior walls, the ability to control lighting level in my structures, and the ability to craft additional furniture and decor items I see in the game.

ArchAngel is working on it but if you ever notice the Devs are very slow in giving into our wishes.

im not an architect but my 2 cents on this issue of colored furniture , im a chic i need to decorate and on a whim i change my mind on what colors i want so this is a big thing that would give repaet bussiness and increase furniture sales you can color clothing , armor soon be can color pets show some love to architects i want to choose what my furniture set looks like , brown couch blue chiar come on who would decorate that way especially in a naboo house with red walls and carpet its an interior design nightmare

If they can colour clothing they should be able to colour furniture.

I agree...in fact I was just sitting at work thinking the same thing. It would begreat if architects could make items like wallpaper, carpeting, rugs,& furniture slipcovers (Or have color options for furniture when crafting it). Then when people want to redecorate...go buy wallpaper/rugs/carpet/slipcovers. That would be something people could keep coming back for. Then people could have unique combinations in their houses/shops.

And it would be so nice to be able to wallpaper the blinding white walls in the generic houses.

Yes! Another one of my points! I would like to be in a business in which people could have an architect they always use. People have Tailors they go back to, Weaponsmiths, Bio-Engineers, CHs, Rangers/Hunters, Chefs (mayber there's less choice in this...), and Armorsmiths.

With Architecture, it's whoever's selling for the cheapest at the ONE TIME they need a house. I'd like to have a low resource requirement schematic for Wallpaper or Flooring that could keep people coming back for more. Make them one-time-use items, they change the appearance of a certain room, and if they want a change, they can come back for more.

I can see wood flooring (requiring Wood), carpet (Wooly Hides), tile (minerals and chems... maybe Gemstones for flashy floors), etc all stocked on my vendor along with different wall paper patterns to match the colored furniture that I could make!!!

So, let's get the Devs to notice, make some changes, and make Architects happy!

I know they say that they're trying to help all professions, and that each profession feels like they're ignored, but I think we're seriously the **edit** children locked up in a closet over here...

Who else wants to color furniture (and maybe walls/floors)?

I want to color my furniture too. It is SO hard decorating the way you want when you have to use what EVERYONE else is using. Blah. Boring.

My feelings exactly! There's hardly any matching furniture as it (I'm not counting those red Novice chairs... they're so dirty looking). How hard could it be to add this? I understand walls and building color might be a larger task, but furniture should have been customizable since day one.

Who else thinks this should be up there on the list of issues the Devs should look at?

wereally need to be able to change the colors of our furniture, interior decorating it a nightmare in any of the styles of houses.

How bout coloring Houses as well, Different color roof, the outside walls being hueable. this will allow everyone to have some kind of unique 'colored' house atleast....

perhaps even different kinds of 'patterns' and textures for the outside walls of houses and the roofs.....along with making them hueable...and even have windows be colorable..oh wait..do SWG houses have windows?..gasp..i can't remember..
