um can a tatooine guild hall go on dantooine?
i know other structures for tatooine can, but is a guild hall a special case?

Right now, nope, but It's unclear whether this is intentional or a bug that will be fixed.

Best way to check this is to simply examine the deed. All new structures made after 11/13 should say which planet they can be built on. If planet is not listed, it cannot be placed on that planet. And structure made before 11/13 do not have this feature so please make sure your structures are made post-patch, not pre. Ask the arch when the object was made before purchase. I doubt you want to be sold a deed that's been collecting dust in some bag for the last month or two.
