Thread: BUG I placed two harvesters crosswise on top of each other today

Not on purpose, I assure you. I was 8600m away from the most recent miner I had placed, when I went to place a new miner, and it placed 8600m away on the last miner I had placed. I was holding down Alt switching between themode that had my survey screen up, and not, and had just moved the miner to a hot bar button. I accidentally hit the hot bar button to place the miner and my alt finger key slipped, I may have hit a key or two next to it, or still been holding it when the miner placed. the build screen for placement came up briefly and disappeared, and then I saw the deed was gone and no miner was placed and I was like oh heck it just stole a large miner!

Then, a minute later, I get the email and WP that it had built it, only it was 8600m from where I was, and I compared the wp to the last mnr I had placed, and it was the same exact spot. 2798 6591 on naboo (chilastra). It says I can't see that object when I try to do anything with the one that placed on top of the other. The one I placed first I can access, so I suppose I could pick it up, and hopefully then I could access the other to redeed. At the moment I've left them there crosswise on top of each other, although it's good to know that people can't exploit this to actively mine with two miners on one spot, I thought it was a wierd bug, and should be mentioned to you guys. Don't know if it's repeatable.

LOL If you're waiting for customer service to take a look at it, I strongly suggest you at least re-deed the one you can target before you lose two harvestors. And thanks for the heads up!

No, I'm not waiting for that, just thought it was funny. Make the other people who cometo check their harvesters in that field go Whoa! (Kinda bored today, can you tell?). Lol. Had a couple days maintenance in it, so I'm just out the creds anyway (more than I would have been I guess since it placed it 8600m from where I intended lol).
