Hello, Friend has quit (for now) and left his two homes in the city. Will they fall since he has deactivated his account? Or can we keep them up by feeding it credits till he comes back?

If you have admin rights and can pay the maintenence, and do so, the house should remain indefinitely (unless/until they delete the character)

If he or they delet the char. they house goes as well? Or only after the credits run out?

If SOE deletes the character............poof!
