Hello fellow architects,

I am about to recieve some orders for some gardens (mainly medium and small) and seeing as though I have never sold any before, I thought I would enlist your help in telling me how much you all think these structures cost. So, how much do you think they are worth and if you have ever sold any, how much for? I'd like to know your price for each of the sizes, small-medium-large.

Thanks in advance,

Filor Runningdust - Bria.

I would shoot for 110k (which is 8cpu) for small.

Course that would put larges at 440K.

i'm a 3cpu man plus how much i think my time is worth but it depends greatly on the economy of your own server. if it's custom ask them what it is worth to them, if it's just sales on a vendor strat high and if they sell put the price up, if not drop it.

but you should also keep in mind that generally players in a player city have TONS of money. so 110k for a small garden that will make their city look cool will seem cheep. though if they are giving you a large order tell them you usually charge x, then say since they are buying in bulk you will charge them the lesser amount of y. That way you will most likley get return business and they will feel like they are getting a good deal. Hope it goes well for you!

I'm the same, my break even mark is 3cpu and then use that to determine where I should put my price in comparison to fair market value. I try to keep my prices as cheap as possible without being too far below everyone elses prices. After all, whats the point in giving someone a super-bargain when you can just give them a bargain. Wouldn't want to look like a noobie.

Thanks for the help everyone by the way. This should help me with the pricing.

The thing about any city structures is that you have a very very narrow market. It's not like people are going to be huge repeat customers or refer all their friends to buy from you.
