Thread: i need an architect to decorate and build a house
1. Post this on your galaxy trade board - you'll have a lot more luck because *most* of the people reading the Architect board are NOT on your server. That way you may also get recommendations from other folks, as well as architects responding.
2. An architect is required to build the deed for your house, but anyone can do the decorating. Some architects do decorating, but there are a number of non-architects who do decorating.
3. Decorating nicely can be very time-consuming. It can also be fairly expensive - besides the person's time, you may want to include loot/quest items (e.g., palm fronds, keepsake boxes, etc), droid chassis, and custom labeled furniture.
On top of what zen said I'd also suggest putting it on the main forum since that is where most people would go to and see it. Also be sure to give us non-architect decorators a whirl we can be quite inventive as well
Or try it yourself. Now that /move up and the /move forward has been made more precise decorating can be made a lot easier...just time consuming. Check out Garva's Homeshow in the game guides forum for ideas and that normally gets a couple decorators to post so look at sigs for their gallery sites to borrow ideas from as well.
I don't know how much a Corellian would go for on your server but for decorating, I normally charge around 500k for a large, give or take depending on what furniture is used. This is by no means a set price you should gauge others by but just a little info so you don't expect it to be made roughly at cost and if someone is asking for the moon you may want to look for another decorator.
