If you find someone to sell you both of those for 160k, tell me their name so I can go kill them. A large house alone should cost more than 160k, let alone the 40-50k that factory should run ya. But you'll probably find someone who's not interested in money but just XP who will do it. Lucky for them I'm on Gorath

Well I had talked to an architect last week about it, and she said 160k for both. Well I spend all week doing missions, and now the price is 150k just for the large. That's rather rude. If you quote a guy 120k, dont' change it later on him after he says he's collecting the funds.

Sometimes an architects will quote a price and then find out they can't meet it. More often they will end up having so many orders that you end up on a waiting list for a week, and then they decide they really can't stay afloat selling for that cheap and now you've wasted a week waiting.


I personally don't have enough time tofill every order I'd get if I sold a small house to everyone who asked for one for under 10k. I quote 12k and if they don't like it, they move on. Same with mediums and larges, although I will negotiate


I agree that it's rude for someone to change their price from a quote, and I would punish them by not buying from them in the future. But if you didn't actually place an order, then you can't expect the price to stay the same forever. The economy and resource avilability changes and prices fluxuate. If you placed an order and they agreed to fill it, then they shouldn't adjust it up later.

Yep I've already decided I'll pay her 150k since others are charging 190k. I'm buying the factory from another up and comer who sold me my small a couple weeks back.


She was advertising at the bank last week. She should have kept her word on the house. At least I would have bought other stuff from her and refered people to her. Not anymore though. She'll probably not miss the business.

Man I didn't know the large is 6 lots. LOL I guess I'm going to get a Med instead.
