I'm looking at buying a small house for my Tailoring shop - either Tattoine or Generic.

First, for that purpose, which would you (the experts) recommend in terms of space and lighting? Also, can you give me an idea of the floorplan? SWG Resources has a schematic of the small general house, but what difference is floorplan 2 and what in the description of your house creation options does ST stand for?
