Just so you know.

I'm an architect based on Naboo. A fellow architect also on Naboo told me of her recent disappointment. A fellow called Fredri contacted her for a Correllian PA Hall. She quoted him 300k. He agreed so she set to work.

Squillions of resources later she produced the Correllian PA Hall. She contacted Fredri to let him know his order had been fulfilled. He duly arrived on Naboo to collect his deeds.

Upon meeting with Fredri, she offered him his new PA deeds and he offered 300 credits.

Upon trying to explain that the deeds for the Corellian PA hall were actually 300K credits, he seems to have a lapse of memory of who she was and then ignored all her tells. She is now left with a Correllian PA Hall she's going to find hard to shift at present, a squillion resources down and the disbelief that anyone could be so stupid they could buy a PA hall for 300 credits.

So if Fredri approaches you for a PA hall make sure you quote him the exact amount.

Ouch, I feel for your friend, but I bet you'll find a buyer. Everyone wants to get their PA up and running. I wish your friend all the luck in the world!!

Tell her to post it on the eclipse boards for sale, I'm sure it will sell within hours. Or if not, tell her to contact me and I can try and help find a buyer for it.

I think I saw her sitting in Coronet today advertising the Hall. It's funny. When you don't have anything for sale, you get a million orders. When you have the items available for order, you can't get rid of them. Sweet irony.
