Just bought a few furniture items from my local interior designer. The items I would expect to be able to put things in, I can't (chests, cabinets, etc.). I'm guessing the devs did this for a reason, can anyone comment? Since I can't use unlocked containers any more for storage in a house, are there storage solutions that are more realistic than hanging backpacks on the wall?
Thanks,
Grommond

You cannot store items in cabinets (I think they should be, this would help people who sell furniture and it's rather stupid to make cabinets and chestsin the game and not be able to store things in them
)
Back packs with 5 items, when planted in the house cost as 6 items not 1.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon ![]()

The storage issue was something that was bugged. They have addressed this. You can use factory crates that can reduce the space used, but the furniture is still not setup with the capacity to store items. Be patient on this one. There are a lot more severe bugs to worry about, than furniture functionality.
