Thread: Instead of placing an arbitrary limit on items in a house....
...why not make items tangible (i.e. not able to be walk through them or place items on top of each other)
and instead of ANY object having a volume of 1 (except for containers and such of course), give items a size.
How about instead of just dropping items, a screen pops up with the floor plan and we place items like placing structures.
I can understand being limited to how much we can carry, but how much we can put in our house is stupid.
Why not limit our bank accounts and give the overflow to n00bs while your at it.

Guys think for a second.
Each item is an entry in a database. Database storage costs SOE money. Maybe then can offer accounts that have more item storage for $30 a month instead of the $15 we are paying.
Don't talk about real life. Is it real that a person can carry 100,000 kg of material around with them? If they made things real we would all have to get binary loader droids to empty our harvestors and carry the stuff to our house to mfg. You would have to go out and build the house on location, not give someone a deed and it magically pops up.

I second that.. Anyone else want to see that?
Also, a medium house should have more storage than a small house.
But currently, each of them take up two lots which sets them both to have 150 items storage. They should increase the lots a medium house takes up to either 3 or 4. Right now, it's pretty much just a status symbol and I find it hard to properly furnish a medium house anduse it as storage to some degreewith such a low amount of items.
