Thread: New Resource for Customers

'lo all. Sorry I'm sneaked in from the Tailor forum, I'll keep it brief

For a while, a few of us Tailors have had for a while such resources as SWG-Tailoring - This has been a tremendous help for both the Tailors that use it (including myself) and their customers. As a result, a guild friend of mine asked me to produce a similar site for furniture. The result is a simple, clean site called SWG Architecture.

The site is free for all Architects to use or refer people to. Alternatively, they'll hopefully be a Zipped copy of the site's files so those with web hosting can customise it for their own use.

However, the SWGa database is missing quite a few items - Namely:

  • Outdoor items which can be deployed inside (e.g. fountains)

  • Bestine Museum Paintings

  • Other Loot Schematics

An aim is to get as many of the remaining items as possible before zipping, so if you can help out with this feel free to check out the Loot page for details.

Also, should anyone want to use the site, feel free to messaging me via forum PM about what else could be useful to adding. It's designed for the customer in mind so items such as resources won't be added (SWGcraft.com does that great anyway ) but you, the Architects, will know a lot more than the Tailor who knew how to make a site fast

Anyway, enjoy

Hi, nice site. I'll add it to the list in the FAQ.

There are a few other similar sites out there now but most are specific player websites. A zip with all the content would be a big help cool for people who want to setup their own pages.

I did find a dead link, if you visit one of the sub pages with the pictures then click the "home" button it leads to : http://www.illdev.ashst.com/swga/index.htmwhich comes up with a page not found error.

Bestine museum paintings are all posted in this thread from vvvedge on teh game guides forums.

Various other loot items and stuff can be found on the site swg.questloot.com (formerly swg-decor.com) That site is loaded with stuff.

A very nice, clean and organized site! I'll be referring my customers to your site should they ask for it. I have one suggestion though, would it be a good idea to change the name of the furniture to the default names as they are listed in the crafting tools? I think everyone uses their own names and it will probably be easier for us when a customer asks for a Couch, Style 2 than a Couch (Curvy).

Well when I had a look at the screenies my friend did, those ones on the list were just "Couch", "End Table", etc - So I put them as that and put a small description on them so that a customer could put words to it

Style numbers have been put on based on their position on the list Naturally, I had no idea they had any, but I hope they help.

EDIT: Dead link fixed - Just a case of a missing letter in the link. Thanks Pawlin
