just to say this also, just because Elyssa can sell one for 450k on GORATH, you might not be able to sell it for that on your server... So I recommend doing a price check on your servers trade forums

450k .... If i try to charge more thatn 250k on Chimaera they sit on a vendor............

Now they don't just flow off the vendors at that price.

However, considering the heavy resource cost and the trouble it takes to make one, I'm just not willing to sell them cheap.

That's my price for Generics, btw. I sell planet specific ones for 400k.

That's not how to do it nor the best place to do it. Every single Architect has their own price.

What you should do is post a message on the Galaxy Trade forum for your Server. Also, to get the best price you should ask them to send the price by email or to your ingame name.

A Guild hall can cost 250k - 400k or more. Why, because it takes some identical factory components and subcomponents. Also, because of supply and demand.

There's15 walls (10k /per wall formula = 150k). There's also about 6k of metal/steel and 6k of ore, so that's another 18k of resources x 3cpu. (it's probably more like x 7 or x 8 cpu for such buildings) so, add 54k -126000k. So, we're up to about 204k up to 276k.... there's some other stuff too like gas and polymer.

It also take identical factory components/subcomponents....

Prices vary greatly among some Architects and prices varies from a player city to a Merchant/Sales city and server. The Master Architect selling it to his/her own player city may do it for little or nothing. While, putting it in a vedor or selling one to a player in Theed or Coronet would go for a lot more.
