im not talking about player crafted buildings im talking about the generic city buildings. In cities the star ports and cantinas have different exterior looks from planet to planet but the interiors all look exactly the same. the theed starport, i believe, is the only exception. it really kills immersion. if i enter a cantina and log out. the next day when i log in i should be able to figure out which planet im on just by looking at my environment. as it currently stands, since all interiors look identical, it would be impossible to really know. this is just one of the many things that define what immersion is. the "cookie cutter" aspect to this game is one of the things i really take issue with.
p.s. caves have the exact same problem

I agree with you there. I don't know for sure but there may be a different texture on the walls and floor from planet to planet... but I'm not sure.

Yes Coronet is more of a White metal texture palette , but theed is more of a red sandstone colour. I think he is concern with the layout of the bar and furniture they are all the same. I think this game was released to quickly if you ask me hehehe, didnt have time to finsih it off .

If you go way back during beta, the devs stated they all looked the same to save time, and in the future were going to change the buildings. Now where did I here that before...
