Thread: Help with getting ber 13 Harvesters

Help! whats going on?????
I'm an experienced architect who has been making ber 13 harvesters for 6 months with no problem, today i can only get ber12 harvesters and ber 13 fusion generators!
The resources i'm using are top quality, all +980 on the required stats, the walls and all other components were made with top resources and experimented to the best they will go to (90% Min). The only difference i can see is today i am unable to get superb results when experimenting (which is odd as i am loaded with tabes and have done the fs boxs to give me better results).
Is anyone else getting a problem or am i alone on this one?

Try making a new schematic for the mining part from scratch.
We see posts like this fairly common and about every time someone has posted this problem the mining part is the cause.
You do not need to use high quality materials on walls, generator turbines or small structure storage modules. You can use grind quality garbage for those and it won't matter.
You need to use the best materials you can in your mining component and then make sure to experiment it up as high as you can >90% range. It is not sufficient just to get BER6 and the extra experimentation does matter. Then the materials in the final combine also need to be high quality. You can use a lub oil for the chemical though and if you do then it doesn't have any of the stats that matter so its stats won't matter and you can use any quality lub oil.
You may or may not know some of this. I'm just trying to cover all the bases.

I just made a BER 13 flora with existing 99% harvesting mechanism. I hit BER 13 with 77% and 7 points experimentation.
