Hello, I was on tatooine today and visited a vendor's house which sold me on the design. He wasn't around so I could find out what style it was. Two features that really caught my eye was a sunken living room and a set of stairs which lead to a upper room which contained a door which lead to a balcony. Anybody know what house style, the size, and the going rate?
