Yes.
Despite thousands of /bug reports, and hundreds of forum posts, both in beta and live, Q's response to that bug was: "Which schematics are you receiving the “Unable to start crafting session” from?" even though the report clearly stated Harvesting Mechanism.
For the record, that wasn't Q that stated that, he was just passing along the message.
But does anyone else notice a disturbing trend? Across the various professions, I see several instances of the developers writing responses as if they have never heard of such and such a bug before, though several people have indicated that they have issued /bug within the game. I see afew possibilities (there may be others):
1. Either there are so many bugs being submitted by /bug that they have to filter or ignore many of them.
or
2. The/bug reports are getting lost
or
3. Neither 1 or 2, but the /bug reports are simply not getting to the appropriate persons.
Does SOE have an active bug database? Perhaps someone whose job it is to actively ensure that the bug reports are reaching the correct parties?
You forgot Option 4: They're buying time.
The Harvester Mechanism has never worked. Even in Beta. There have been fifty kabillion /bug reports sent on the subject. Hundreds of board posts. Etc.
Lots of the other bugs are also carryovers from Beta. They are very much aware of them.
For them to claim to be just now dimly aware of the problem is ludicrous and simply not believable.Using that excuse suggests they think we're idiots.
