Thread: Small home item limit is 150?
75 item per lot.
250 items is the max.
Your house will only hold 150 items.
A large house and PA Hall will only hold 250 items.
So I take it the limit isn't 250 per account, just a limit of 250 per building? That would reallt fix my warehousing problems.. thanx

Corellian house numbers. Not sure
Small house = 150 (except small Naboo style 2 which is 1 lot which is only 75 limit)
Medium house = 150
Large house/PA Hall= 250 even though a large houses uses 6 lots and PA Halls use 7-9 lots.
The player limit as it stands, minus any exploits or workarounds of the limit is...
75/lot = 750 items (if you had 5 small houses)

2 small houses = 4 lots = 300 items = 768cr/day
1 medium house = 2 lots = 150 items = 816cr/day
2 medium houses = 4 lots = 300 items = 1632cr/day
1 large house = 6 lots = 250 items = 1200cr/day
2 small houses cost less to buy, can store more items and is cheaper to maintain. Maintenance on 2 small is less than 1 medium and gives you more storage than 1 large.
3 smalls gives you 450 items (200 more than large), 6 lots (same as large) and cost less than the large to maintain and a WHOLE lot cheaper to purchase.
It doesn't make sense to place medium or large other than for looks. That's it.
Corellian houses plain out suck too. I built one finally and it takes up the exact same footprint as a small does. It has absolutely no more room than a small does, just rearranged is all. The number of rooms increase to 4 seperate rooms but, they still use up the same amount of space as the 2 rooms in a small. What's the point?
I know the Naboo mediums are awesome and the tatooine ones are not bad. They at least add more space.
