Prices checks please on Cantinas, hospitals, banks, starports, lg houses, pa halls, fountains, statues, etc. Don't want to undercharge the going rate. Thank you....

LG houses 150-200k. (IIRC 150 is about 4cpu)
Fountains 12-15k
Statues 15-18k
That's what I charge and never have many left in stock long (at least on the fountains / statues). I usually keep one med house, a few small houses, one of each factory, and a cpl of ber 10 mineral mining deeds on my vendor.

I sold an entire corellian city, minus the PA hall, for 2.5 mil
Fountains I think I have listed for 12k, but they ain't selling. Probably too high.
I've sold PA halls for 450k, but I think 350 - 425 is probably the going rate now.
