Is there a way to macro crafting or practicing?

there is, but you still need to be online to add the resources for every attempt.

how do you do it when online?

Check the Droid Engineer Forum for their Hologrinder post, the only change is the time for adding the resources (depends on your mouse speed and the number of resources) and the schematic number.
