Has anyone else noticed/heard of anything like this?
I was attempting to construct a Turbo Fluidic Drilling Pump Unit, and was using a stack of 46k Copper for the Metal slots. When I clicked the copper, the schematic dropped the ENTIRE STACK in the slot. When I dragged it back out I only had 210 copper left. I immediately /bugged and opened a CSR ticket, but haven't had a response yet (of course), but has this happened to any of you? I think it may have happened to me twice today, but I wasn't paying attention the first time, and I think the stack I was using only had about 900 left in it anyway, so I didn't consider it that big of a deal.

Are you sure it put all the resources into the item? You might want to check any backpacks or satchels you've got on you to see if it got moved to one of them. I've had stacks of material jump to another backpack or satchel on me. I don't know for sure if I'm accidentially doing a drag/drop or if its some sort of bug.

Well, what do you know. I just checked the various packs in my inventory, and both stacks I mentioned are in one I very rarely open (the other stack was actually 8k, not 900, so that was a pleasant surprise). This must be a bug, since the amount of copper shown in the schematic was in my main inventory after I dragged it back over.
Thank you so much for mentioning this; I doubt I would have thought to look.
However, considering I don't drag the resources INTO the slots (I just doubleclick them) a bug still exists where the entire stack gets inserted. I've no desire whatsoever to test if inserting an entire stack and then assembling the item without having noticed what happened loses the entire stack, but the possibility would seem to exist. Most people would probably notice large stacks of resources inexplicably disappearing after clicking them, but you never know.
