Twice tonight, I assembled a Fusion Generator and had BER 14 before I began experimentation on the storage. But then I got a failure on the first attempt and increasing the storage, and it caused the BER to drop to 13. And even when I got the storage back up to a fairly high level, the BER remained at 13.

I've never seen this before, has anyone else? Why would failing on the storage cause the BER to go down?

And relatedly, should I fail twice in a rowon experimentation while using high-stat resources,a 38+ Crafting Station, 14.97 Structure Tools, +2 Structure Experimentation tape, and sitting in a Manufacturing City?!?

usually does that on heavy minerals too.. I think we all hate the storage crit that blows the ER down from 13 to 12
