Get that on the bug list - a factory displaying a BER of 0

Today I tried to create a wearables Factory for someone in my PA. When I started crafting it I noticed that it had a 0 BER. I experimented and used 10 points and got amazing successes on all my attempts.. but the ber did not change. Are we even suppose to have BERS on Wearables factories? It doesnt make sense!!

BER=basic extraction rate, so yes it dont make any sense since a factory isnt extracting anything.



just ignore that, its a typical failure in programming

also bear in mind that ANYTHING that has a starting point of 0% cannot be improved. So if you experiment something and get a 'crit' on your first attempt bringing the starting point down to 0% then you can do nothing to improve it as the code works with a multiplication factor, and as we all learnt at school, anything x zero = zero.
