Actually, if anyone can afford a large house, it's an architect, since we get them wholesale ![]()

An Architect can make a Deed for a large house, yes. An Architect can afford to waste lots and money on a large house, unlikely. Hence the lack on knowledge of maintenance fees.

I had the same question. Also does it take power to run a vendor terminal? Can't commit to a house unless I know I can support it.

An Architech would not know. We cannot afford to have a large house ofour own.
