I was looking to see if an Architect could build vehicle garages. However, it appears that this is not available. Considering the way things degrade, especially vehicles, it may be worthwhile to build vehicle garages in player cities.
BTW, I am aware of the shuttle vehicle repair bug. However, this bugwon't be there forever.

The dev's have posted earlier in the development forum that PC garages will be in publish 7 or 8

Will Garages be like Cantinas, Hospitals and Theaters where they need a specific Master class to plant them, I would imagine it would need a Master Artisan, seeing as this is what is required to build the Speeders and customise them... with different colors wow 
/sarcasm It'd be nice if they give us the ability to customise speeder speeds and handling, maybe make it so to do this we need to be at a Garage to do this, giving Garages another use other than just repair.
