Im not quite an architect yet but I hope to be in a week or so. One thing I am not sure about, is I thought you could build specialied buildings, cantina, hospital... I don't see that in the skill tree. Is everything just a house, then the individual does with it what they want? I was reading for a shop that a person just builds a house makes it public and so on.

Just curious if new and exciting buildings were coming out, or if everything was just a house, except for the guild hall.

Houses are what you make of them. My shop is just a "Small Naboo House" but it's really a full service store and private crafting station location. Furniture and NPC vendors can make it into whatever you want. =)

Can you customize the exterior? If I wanted a cantina I would love to have a neon sign or something. Do all the houses look mostly alike and you need to examine them to find out what they really are?

Houses do look similar. I don't think you can customize the exterior, except for changing what your sign reads.

Similar is an understatement, they all look EXACTLY THE SAME!

We need building customization badly.

i just made arch, and was wondering can any player made building be made to accomade a band, to where like in a camp or cantina, they can heal other players? Just checking
