Besides the fact that you have to own the structure to use it, I cannot find a palce to load schematics for it. Ive put plenty of power and cash in it and the only two options I get are an input and output thing. I see nothing about loading a schematic or anything like that. Am I doing something wrong or is this another bug?

Only the owner - the one who placed the factory - can access the options to load schematics, load the resources and check on these items.

If you are the owner and cannot access these items - it is a bug - and needs to be reported and fixed. We had a bug during beta that was like this - and it was resolved.

Just a quick update. My PA has placed an equipment factory and I am not the owner. I can currently add schematics but cannot load Resources or access the hopper. SO its the opposite problem you were having. As long as the owner has given you permission to access it, anyone can use the EF. I think they are still bugged though.

Well we tried that at first. I didnt have the slots open to put a factory (equipment)down so I had someone else do it for me and add me in. I could see the options but when I clicked them it would says "you dont have permission to do this" or something like that. I tried on another persons factory that had been down for a few days and had the same thing happen. It would not let me use his even though I had administrator access. The only thing I could do was add power or pay rent. Now I swaped with the guy and had him put down a few harvestors for me so that I could free up some space. I put the factory down, powered it, payed rent and I could open the two hoppers I mentioned above, but saw none of the other commands that I saw in another factory (structure factory)

The 'Access Schematic Slot' option does not actually show up on the menu unless you have an appropriate schematic (say a weapon part or general schematic for an Equipment Factory). Try creating a schematic first, and then looking at the menu.

Also, be aware that a schematic's "Uses" is just that, a sort of charge that gets used up, one per item produced. Your schematic will vanish after X uses, and you'll have to create another.
