Do you have to be a Master Artisan to run one? Or just an Architect? Or both? I heard that you have to be a Master Artisan AND an Architect, and I wante to clear this up.
Also, does the materials you use when constructing a deed also go to the actual structure? Like, if I made a deed mostly using Tridomio as a metal, would the structure then be mostly Tridomio?
Thanks in advance.

Anyone can use a harvester, but you will really need alteast some survey skill to find thr resource your looking for.

Okay, thank you. Do the resources used when constructing the deed effect what the actual structure is constructed from?

No. And boosting the structures effectiveness does not; lower maintence fees;lowerpower usage; or increase harvesting potential.

OooOOo theres an idea! Only people with Eng 3+ can USE harvesters! WOO! That would help cut down from everyone having access to them, as well as help prevent powerlevlling from PA's.... since every person that wanted a harvester needed eng 3 or 4.

I like the idea of only people who have Engineering IV having access to Harvesters.
