Thread: Anybody know maintainence costs?

I really wish they'd put that info somewhere on the deed. Everyone I sell a house to wants to know what the maintainence will be, and how many lots they take.


Does anyone know? Curious about maintainence on small houses, factories, etc..

Lots -


2 - small house


2 - medium house


6 - large house


I've heard that PA's are 7, but I thought they were 10 in Beta...


Maintenance -


pers harvester - 720/day


medium harvester 1440/day


Sm. House - approx 450/day


Vender - dependent on total value of items in vendor
