Should I train Houses III (Large) or Furniature I first? I really want to make large homes, but I feel there is no market for it yet. What do my fellow Arcitects think?

Personally, I would train Furniture 1 first. If you dont feel there is a market for the houses then Furniture would probably be a good diversion for awhile. Plus, the furniture line gives bonuses to Structure Assembly, which I assume would result in fewer Critical Failures. I don't know for sure about that so I hope someone will read this and clear it up.

Thanks for the input, I think I will train furniature, it will be a nice change from the medium house grind!

You should also take into consideration that while you can build a medium house relatively easy, a large house requires some components from a master artisan and also requires parts from a structure factory.

You can also work your way up Construction tree. I talked to a few fellow Architects on my planet and found that one was going stright up Factories adn other straight up houses, so I went straight up Furniture and will see if they want cross-trained later... I've been picking up Construction too to make sure the quality of my builds is as high as possible... Now that I have Factories I, the added efficiency percentage makes a big selling point...
