I personally wouldn't sell it for less than 250,000 creds, and with all the effort put into achieving the requirements, the massive amounts of resources to build one and to get your GCXP high enough to get master architect, AND the ENORMOUS demand for PA halls I'd say they will go for a LEAST double that.

I read somewhere they are around 3200 a day for upkeep but that was from someone from beta...I think the 300-400k range will be good for PA halls they will be in demand and if someone has no master achitect for thier PA they will need it..

I should be able to start making them 'soonish'. I hope to sell for at least 500k.

At a certain point you can't base the price JUST on the resource cost. You HAVE to take into consideration all the work *rubs wrist* to get that good to be able to make them.

My PA decided to buy a PA Hall, rather than build it ourselves (we had a number of Architects, so resources were stretched thin, and we didn't want to dedicate them all to grinding one of us up to Master).

So we traded for a deed with another PA (who apparently had used the faction exploit and 24/7 grinding of one of their players to reach Master Architect). After some haggling, we got them down to 375K credits and 175K of Copper. Took us two days of setting up 50 harvesters and running delivery/destroy missions, but our group got the cash and resources for the PA Hall.

Personally, I thought we paid a little more than we should have, but it did allow us to get a PA Hall and formally organize our group. Eventually, we'll get one of our own players to Master Architect and rebuild the PA Hall ourselves. Then we'll havea deed to sell/trade with some other group!

I'd say at least 500k+ to start. Lots of PA's out there with lots of cash and nowhere to spend it. This is especially true if you're the only one on the server who can make them.

I want to start a PA hall evenutally. But, I want to start laying the foundations for it now. How much in resources does it cost to build one. I know they take aluminum and ore, but I do not know the quanity. Thanks for your help.

Very roughly, a PA Hall takes 35K Ore and 20K in Metals. You also needa Structure Factory, because several components must be made in them.

if people are looking for a PA hall then that means theyve already got a good sized group of people lined up and ready for membership. the first thought that comes is that one should charge for this item considering multiple people are going to be pooling resources to pay the price. 500k does seem high. but would be worth it for some. also, lots of people going in on the purchace means a lot more efficient shooping around. another architect can easily drop the price to 400k and still make a great sale.

however i dont see a lot of PA hall purchacing going on. at least i hope it dont. any unofficial PA should have enough respect for their members and themselves to wait until their architect(s) can make one themselves. im part of a sizable group of people waiting on PAship and although im still novice architect without a single other skill in the tree im still the farthest along in the profession. theres alot of fufilling things to do in MMO's but being the guy that built the house that brought my guild into existance will most likely be the best thing yet. if my people went and bought a hall when im a few skills short of doing it myself itd be a real kick in the nutts. at the least theyd sure as hell get no money from me towards it. i imagine a lot of architects feel this way. in fact, i dont even plan to try to sell PA halls.. unless its for some pure bountyhunter PA or something like that.

money isnt always everything you know... and theres no races to the top going on here that matter so much to have to disrespect a future PA member like that.
