I don't think you will have to worry about the housing market anymore. I was charging 15k - but that isn't enough (not even close) anymore. I would say you need to charge at least 20k to break even after today's patch....

I hope so. I was charging 20-25, i got brought down to 15, but will go no lower.

I was told 15k was market price - that is the reason I picked that amount... I didn't realize people were charging more or I would have also.

I charge 17k for small houses on Sunrunner. Will probably drop to 15k once a few more people get Architect. But we're still very new and I set the price. From what I've been seeing though I should have started it a bit higher hehe.

Oh well, I hate gouging anyways!

I just pray our resources don't move for a while!

Depends on the server and location, but I've seen everything from 8k to 20k a small house. After today, I'm guessing bottom price (scraping it) will be around 10k. The housing market is alive and well.

I think I'll just go into factories, medium houses and med harvs. If that doesnt work, I'll just sell ore or wall modules to orther architects.
