Thread: When are we gonna get Factional Base Schematics? Or...

A new housing set, or new furniture, or color kits for existing furniture, or the ability to turn off lights in houses so candles and lamps will be useful, or harvester powerups, or structure Repair Kits to reverse the decay on structures, or decay on structures, or harvester "platforms" that cost one lot and allow harvs to be placed on hillsides, or floating platforms so we can harvest in the water, or the ability to experiment on house item caps and maintenance rate and lot usage, or the ability to experiement on fusion ber, or a non-15th century Merchant building to craft, or a new set of floorplans for all existing houses...........

hello i usally just read the post here but i am a crafter of evreything (owner of 3 acounts master sw,ws,as,de,architect,merchent,tailer,chef and be. yes i like swg
i know the bad parts of crafting and the wealthy ones so this is my opinion on how architect profession shold work.)
my outlook:
I. In one word upkeep its a killer to evrey architect out there now more then ever since soe implamented condemed houses so they dont decay they just gather dept what i would like to propose is a ability for crafters to make (maintence cupons) kinda in a way like the way sw make repair kits for ships so you make them sell them so you have a constent selling item. i would put it under the construction tear i would have atnovice 5-10k pack, lvl 1 10-15k, lvl 2 15-20k, lvl 3 20-25k, lvl 4 25-30k master 30-50k packs.
II. like factional armer i thaink architects shold be able to create base's and nutral architects can make pirate outpost that the buyer's can have "lean" tward one faction or the other. i would have the diffrent base's go under the building's tear also i would have craftable turrets but those i would have components that only weaponsmiths able to make.
III. to what akkori had posted having water based harvester's would be kinda cool but i would have a limit they have to be x amount of meters away from the land and so many meters deep so that they arnt destroying the view of towns and such that are by the coast line. either make it a platform that you can then place a harvister on or be able to link several together so you can fit cirten houses on it. ( only houses without a basement shold be allowed for this option) and of corse have each platform take up 1 lot.
this is just mho any other opinions are welcome.
