I am a Master Architect and was wondering how much +Structure Experimentation I will need to get Max Experimentaion points?

+20 experimentation will give you 2 additional experimentation points, which is currently the maximum.
To be more detailed.... +25 is the maximum that ANY skill can be increased from clothing attachments/bio-e enhancements/etc. But at +20, you get your two points.
+25 is still an advantage, though, because it (theoretically) offers a higher chance of success on experimentation. But the number of experimentation points would remain the same at +25 as it would be at +20.
