Thread: Cantina Building Question

i live in a small town without a cantina there is one for sale in a local shop but i am told that only a master chef/dancer/musician can place it. is this true . can i hire a master chef / dancer / musician to place it and then have them turn ownership over to me?
in case it matters i am a master artisan but following tailor tree

They can place it. But, unless you are a master of one of the three professions, it can't be transferred to you.
Much like Merchant Tents can't be transferred to people without Efficiency 4.

ok another option
can they remain the owner and give me administrator options
therefore they place it give me admin options and walk away i can name it place vendors inside etc
as long as i pay the matinance the only downside would be the owner could destroy it on me and it would take up one of there lots

Only the owner can name it.
You can be placed on admin, pay the maintenance and drop vendors and objects as you please as admin.
Of course, his lots are used up. And if his character is deleted, everything deletes with the cantina on the next reboot. I believe a cantina takes 6 lots.

I think you will also need political skills to place it: Civic Policy III
and
Much like a Medical Centre and Theatre and also requiring a Master Med/Ent to place the structure
