From what I've read, UT, SR, and HR are what I need to look for, does OQ play a factor? Thanks.

Nothing matters except UT, SR, HR.
And it only matters for harvesters, and it only matters on:
- the "mining" unit (e.g., Ore Mining Unit, Fluidic Drilling Pump Unit, etc)
- final assembly
The *exact* equation that you want to evaluate for BER purposes (hopper size is a different equation) is:
((2 * UT) + HR + SR) / 4)
For all practical purposes, you want this equation to be as high as possible, and certainly over 900.
There are some specifics that you can read about - there is a thread around here with a subject something like "How to make BER10 and BER13 Harvesters". For example, if you get the mining unit very high (e.g., 95+%), then you can hit BER13 with slightly lower quality resources in the final assembly.
Also - *whenever* it says "chemical" for the mining unit or final assembly, use lube oil. Again, read the details in that thread.

Cool, thanks for all the help.
The lube oil is a cool deal and I read up on when and when not to use it depending on my stash.
Again, thanks for the quick response!

For future reference, when you bring up the crafting screen for the item, scroll to the bottom of the description window in the lower right corner. You will see the stats that are important for that particular item including the percentages by which they're weighted.
