I sold a PA to someone and they said they where just going to live in it and not start a PA. Is this possible?
Sounds like a huge waste of lots but hey, what to I care.

Ive heard that the guild checks the member status of the PA every week and if it doesnt have the necessary amount of members, it will poof?.... not sure if its this drastic, if it denies access to all but the Leader or what.... but this would make sense. Anyone have a solid idea on this?

you can live in a PA hall just fine.

but if you want to make a PA with the hall you need to get 5 people together
