What is the quickest way up the Architect Path?

Do you just go for the Engineering Branch till you max out then Novice Architect? Would it be better if I took the Domestic Arts 1 Module as well because you can make a Fiberplast Panel? Or do I forget the Dom Arts and buy my FiberPlast Panels and concentrate on the Engineering Branch.

Besides the surveying your brains out what other modules or branches would help me make architec in the quickest fashon?

Any tips or tricks along the way to maximize crafting xp?

Thanks in Advance.

Find a good concentration of metal.

Sit on this metal and sample for the rest of your life, all the while making lots and lots of Chemical Survey Tools.

Repeat as needed.

I suggest using part of your time that you play each day devoted to skilling up toward architect, and use the rest to have fun and enjoy the game. It may take you a bit longer, but you will be experiencing so much more of the game and the Star Wars universe, getting your $15/month worth. Also, you can advertise to sell those chemical surveyors or whatever you decide to build. There will always be someone who needs a survey device of some sort. Or build repair devices, which are consumable. Once experimented on, they can be very effective and valuable. Most importantly, interact with other players and get to know friends who can help you out from time to time. It may not be the fastest, but in my opinion, it's the best way up the architect ladder.

If you have some money/resources to play with, try getting Domestic skills and build Bone armor, the Chest piece alone is about 500xp, and you can sell them afterwards on bazaar.
Tedious since it requires a lot of subcomponents, but doable.

[Edit] (Where is the Edit button anyway? lol)

I do agree with Sunakk, 'grinding' does not make your gametime much more enjoyable, hang around the cantina, join a faction, make some friends, 'gamble' on the bazaar, explore...

I got an order from a friend to make him a full set of Bone Armor and a Pistol, I experimented on it to get the best protection results, and afterwards I hunted a little with him (you get usage bonus xp if you are close enough to the person using your items).

Pure grinding will get you your skills fast, but you will havelost a valuable gaming experience..
