Ok, this isnt a whine, and I think I am in the right, but here goes.

I run a PA hall. I am using up 9 of the placement points to put up the hall, and i dont have a problem with it.

but this weekend, for the first time, i noticed a small flaw. there isnt much someone can do with one point

since I am marksman, the likelyhood of me placing a harvester is slim to non. but a factory, thats highly probable.

My suggestion is this:

- increase limit from 10 to 11.

- increase all housing small or better to use up 3 spots.

- ensure all factories use no more then 2 spots.

or

- drop requiremnt of hall from 9 to 8. ( but then a pa hall dude can now have a second house)

basically owning a PA means you cant place a second house. the extra point therefore doesnt hinder anyone that wants to use a small.

sure alot of people would like more, but as a PA Hall owner untill thats all addressed., I feel i cant make my own Scouting, or medical stuff

plus that extra harvester for some will be well received.

why? as it is, smalls and mediums only use 2 lots.
If you ask them to raise the small lot requirements to 3, and raise the lot allotment to 11, you still wouldnt be able to place anything. Perhaps you got confused on this?

small naboo's from what i hear only take 1 lot. soyou can have a house and a pa hall.

Or you cna have a hall and a heavy harvester. or medium harvester, or small harvester.

Personally, i think pa halls shouldnt count against you if you are running a guild. it should count against you if you are just using it as a house.

so...

Guild activation + minumum of 10 members = 0 Lots
No guild activation = 9 lots

err small round naboo houses only take one lot from what i hear that is.
