Anyone know how to do this and if there are any repercussions to it? I need to transfer my large tat home and all of its belongings to a friend, and if I can do it WITHOUT having to pull the deed that would be GREAT!! Please help me if you can! I know there is a /transferstructure command, I just do not know how it works.

With your friend (for this example, his name is "Bob") standing next to the structure, you target the structure, and type "/transferstructure Bob"

Make sure he has enough lots free, of course.

I've only tried this on installations, where you can target the entire building. With a house, it might work if you targeted the sign?

actually, have both of you inside the house and target the structure terminal and type the command.... should work just fine.

If it puts your mind any more at ease, I've already done it. I wanted to put my house/shop onto my wife's account so I'd have the maximum number of lots free for harvesters that I shift a lot. I had us both stand in the house with the terminal targeted, did the /transferstructure wife command, and it worked fine. She immediately put me on the admin list and I've been able to pick up and put down and move things in the house just fine. Business as usual.

It transfers all the stuff inside the house too? That's what I'm most worried about.

Everything in the house is also fine. All funiture items anywyas. I have no clue what would happen if you've got Vendors going on.

After I transferred my house to my wife's account I was still able to use all functions on my vendors just fine.
