Ok today was a shift so I found a new spot. I put down all my harvestors, renamed all the WP just like I always do. Now this spot is about 3K from the nearest town so it was a hike. In town I log of. Later I log on and no WP, no deeds either and info says all land used up, so I figure they are placed. But the delema is I dont know where. Anyone know how to locate lost harvestors ?

maybe u forgot about the maintenance and they got destroyed...it happened to me once and the wp disappears when that happens

Only advice I can give you is to run around in the general location and survey for that same resource. So if you're mining carbonate ore, then run towards that location surveying for carbonate ore, when you find the high percentage that's probably (i hope so :smileywink where you placed your harvesters.

I know that after a server reboot sometimes extractors don't show up for a while. Happened to me a lot, I once stood in afield that before the reboot had been completelyfilled withharvesters but was completely empty when I logged back in afterward. Took about 10 minutes of me sitting there for them to come back. I'm not positive but this might also apply if you're the first person there after a reboot, no matter how long it's been since. Course in the occassions where this has happened to me the Wps were always there. I'd follow the suggestion of tracking down the resource again and hope it leads you back and that the WPs have just been accidentally deleted.

I would keep a pad near you, so when you place a harvester. Just write the cords, this way you never lose'em.

Just FYI, as a veteran of many cases of harvesters not showing up for a while after server resets, the waypoints show up immediately. I've camped out next to my harvesters when the server down warning come, logged back in afterwards, seen the waypoints sitting on nothing, and had to wait there for fifteen minutes for the equipment to spawn.

If your waypoints are gone, I fear you are dealing with a bug of a different color.
