Just a few things,
Why can't we build all the furniture that is in the game? I've seen dozens of different types of furniture / decorations in NPC buildings that we can't make ourselves.. Some very very cool.
We need to be able to change the color schemes on our items. At least 2 tones that we can make a red couch with say blue seams..
Corellian houses! AH! They are the same as generics.. It's always been this way. Why can'ta Dev at least mention that it's being worked on?
Shop decorations on buildings. Banners, Decorations, Anything!
And what about items for outside your house? You have a small patch of lawn out front of each house that is just SCREAMING for some bushes, or trees, or something!
The ability to move things up or down without the need of stairs! Another way Corellian houses get the shaft 
Musak. I want musak. hehehe..

All good stuff, but may I add...
Harvesters!
You save up your credits for a medium or large water harvester only to find that someone stole all the light bulbs and the spinny things don't go round!
Ok, its not a big issue, but as the art team is trying to fill time making even more emote animations maybe they could put someone oncompleating the missing harvester animations?
