Yes you can move it.
Yes their is a fee (needed amount of money in Mainance)
Yes you need to remove your belongings.
FEE:
Small house: 800
Medium house: 1700
Large house: unknown
Forgot to tell you how to redeed the house to move it. ![]()
At your house terminal click on destroy. If you have enough money in the mainance to redeed, then it will only say to click again within 30 seconds if you really want to destroy it.
If you do not have enough money to redeed the message will tell you how much is needed in the maintance pool to redeed the house.
IMPORTANT: Unless you wish to destroy your house, make sure you have enough money in the maintanance pool to redeed your house.
You must ensure that you have enough maint in the maint pool to get the deed back. For small houses, I think this is 3000cr. If you select the "destroy structure" from the radial menu it will tell you how much you need to have in the maint pool to get the deed back. If you already have enough money in it, it will not tell you anything. Then you select "destroy structure" again (within 30 seconds of the first time) to demolish the structure and get the deed back.
Hope this was helpful.
I have seen in other threads that to move a house you need to have the maintenance paid up to something like 100X the maintenance rate, but what if I've already paid more than that? Yesterday I placed a house and put 20K of maintenance into it. I've since decided that I'd like to spin it around. If I do so, will I get the rest of my maintenance money back, or will I lose it all?
Thanks for the help.
